Behind-the-scenes cuts capturing the fresh moments of Joy Hyun, Choo Young-woo, and Cha Gang-yoon from 'The Cowherd and the Weaver Girl' have been released.

The tvN Monday-Tuesday drama 'The Cowherd and the Weaver Girl' (directed by Kim Yong-wan, written by Yang Ji-hoon, planned by CJ ENM, produced by Studio Dragon, Dexter Pictures, and Eo Content Group) premiered to enthusiastic responses.

Above all, there has been a heated response to the chemistry between Joy Hyun, Choo Young-woo, and Cha Gang-yoon. The released behind-the-scenes cuts capture the cheerful and fresh moments of Joy Hyun, Choo Young-woo, and Cha Gang-yoon, drawing attention.

Joy Hyun charmingly portrayed 'Park Seong-a', who struggles to save her fated 'first love' Bae Gyeon-woo. Her serious expression while coordinating details with experts for the opening shamanistic ritual scene, which strongly imprints the character of high school shaman 'Cheon Ji-seon', reveals her dedication.

Choo Young-woo perfectly transformed into 'Bae Gyeon-woo', who is born under a bad omen. In a previous interview, he described the character as a "sad hedgehog who raises its quills to protect others." Bae Gyeon-woo, who has suffered from misfortune all his life, losing both laughter and dreams, delicately unravels the loneliness of someone who does not let anyone close for fear of being swept away by his own bad luck, raising expectations for another 'life character' breakthrough.

Choo Young-woo's passionate moments, where he immerses himself in the emotional flow even during rehearsals, heighten anticipation for the story that is about to unfold. Especially since Bae Gyeon-woo, who was left alone after the passing of his only refuge, grandmother Oh Ok-soon (played by Gil Hae-yeon), is facing a significant turning point, expectations are focused on Choo Young-woo's versatile performance.

Cha Gang-yoon, who passionately played the kind-hearted 'Pyo Ji-ho', also showcased his true worth. In the drama, Pyo Ji-ho is the only friend who knows that Park Seong-a is a 'shaman'. Although he is displeased with Park Seong-a's reckless first love rescue mission to eliminate bad luck, his charm as a 'male friend' who volunteers to help when Park Seong-a is in danger stirred excitement.

The genuine friendship and witty banter between them added to the fun. Cha Gang-yoon's serious face while engrossed in monitoring with Joy Hyun raises expectations for how 'Pyo Ji-ho' will play a role in the first love rescue mission.

The visual chemistry and synergy between Joy Hyun, Choo Young-woo, and Cha Gang-yoon are also points to watch. From a refreshing group shot with their heads together making a V pose to heart-fluttering eye contact with the camera, the warm atmosphere of the filming set is evident. It remains to be seen whether Bae Gyeon-woo, who has a fatal destiny, can be saved by Park Seong-a, and whether Pyo Ji-ho, who joined the mission to eliminate bad luck for his friend starting a 'rough' first love, can change their fate and return to an ordinary and happy daily life.

The production team of 'The Cowherd and the Weaver Girl' stated, "In episodes 3 and 4, Park Seong-a's extraordinary efforts to become a human talisman to protect the lonely Bae Gyeon-woo will begin in earnest," adding, "Please look forward to the exciting changes in Bae Gyeon-woo due to Park Seong-a, who approaches him more boldly."

'The Cowherd and the Weaver Girl' airs every Monday and Tuesday at 8:50 PM on tvN.
