Jung Won-oh, the head of Seongdong-gu, has appeared as the new boss of 'Sajangui'.

In the KBS2 entertainment program 'Sajangnim Gwi-neun Dangnagwi' (hereinafter 'Sajangui'), which aired on the afternoon of the 8th, bosses Jung Ho-young, Jung Won-oh, and Ahn Yoo-seong appeared in order.

On this day, chef Jung Ho-young appeared as the first boss. In honor of the month of June, which is the month of national defense and veterans, he issued a ban on the use of foreign words to his employees. When one employee did not even know the date of Liberation Day, he exclaimed, "I cannot tolerate this. I think we need to study history first."

Later, Jung Ho-young said to his employees, "I heard that independence activists ate a lot of Chinese food while living in China. So, I want to learn Chinese cuisine," and sought out chef Yeo Kyung-rae, a master of Chinese cuisine. Chef Yeo and his son cooked sweet and sour pork and zongzi, which were said to be eaten by Kim Gu while in hiding.

After tasting the zongzi, which is made of glutinous rice, Jung Ho-young said, "Oh, it's delicious. The stickiness makes it feel like eating rice cakes. If it weren't for the independence activists, we would still be struggling today," paying tribute to his ancestors.

Jung Ho-young suddenly provoked chef Yeo Kyung-rae by saying, "I saw on the program that chef Yeo told his son that it was 'worthless food.' I think I can do better," to which Yeo Min responded, "I will make sure to stimulate you," accepting the challenge.

When Yeo Min said he would make dumplings, Jung Ho-young replied, "Aren't dumplings too common? I'm going to use tofu noodles," continuing to provoke even during cooking. Jung Ho-young made a bold promise, saying, "If I lose, I will hand over my event. It's a really meaningful event."

Jung Ho-young prepared 'boiling tofu noodles', while Yeo Min made 'bloodless dumplings' to present to chef Yeo Kyung-rae. After a tense judging period, Yeo Kyung-rae chose Jung Ho-young's 'boiling tofu noodles' as the winning dish. Ye Min protested, "I can't accept this. I made dumplings that are easy to eat when fleeing, but adding seafood and meat is cheating," refusing to accept the result.

The second boss to appear was Jung Won-oh, the head of Seongdong-gu. One employee said, "I woke up too early today. I woke up at 5 AM, but do you believe that I received a text from the mayor even earlier?" revealing that he received a text at 4:50 AM, surprising the panel. Other employees also candidly shared their thoughts about the mayor, saying, "Emotionally, it feels like I'm working 24 hours. At first, I woke up in the middle of the night," and "I think of it as going to work from the moment I receive a morning text."

When Jung Won-oh arrived at the office, the emergency bell rang in the secretary's office, and everyone became busy in an instant. As an employee stood waiting in front of the elevator, Jeon Hyun-moo exclaimed, "Oh my, is this real?" covering his mouth. When the boss arrived, other waiting employees also stood up and bowed at a 90-degree angle, shocking everyone.

Jung Won-oh, who publicly shared his personal phone number to receive civil complaint texts, handed his phone, which was piled with messages, to an employee. The employee confessed, "I was appointed on January 1 and have not taken a single day off since then, including holidays. On busy days, I receive about 1,100 messages. If I organize this and give it to you, you will give me more instructions."

The mayor said, "There are complaints like this, but even though it's the weekend, go out and measure the decibel levels. It's tough, but let's keep fighting!" showing that he actually makes employees work even on weekends, which shocked everyone.

After the morning report, Jung Won-oh insisted on conducting a site inspection even on a rainy day. After a busy day, when he arrived in front of team leader Han's house, he said, "Shall we stop by for a moment?" and visited team leader Han's house. Watching this, Jeon Hyun-moo remarked, "How did you get re-elected with such a lack of awareness? This is something that his wife really hates," expressing his dismay.

At that moment, when the chief secretary also entered the house, the wife politely greeted them, saying, "Please have a meal before you go," and the mayor replied, "I don't have any appointments, but is it okay? Just put down one spoon," continuing to show his lack of awareness, which drew complaints from the panel.

The third boss to appear was chef Ahn Yoo-seong. Following last week's broadcast, he personally stepped in to support his beloved disciple, chef Kwon Jeong-il, in his challenge for the master title. The master evaluation began, and chef Kwon Jeong-il cooked Gyuasaeng and Papaya Hanwoo Tteokgalbi.

During the cooking, when chef Kwon Jeong-il cut his hand with a knife, Yeo Kyung-rae commented, "You're nervous... It's better to treat the injured part of your hand and continue. After all, there will be point deductions," judging with precision.

When Ahn Yoo-seong said he thought the tteokgalbi should weigh 100g, he brought a scale and asked, "Are you sure it's 100g? Let me weigh it." Fortunately, chef Kwon Jeong-il guessed the weight of the tteokgalbi correctly, earning admiration from the panel.

After two hours of cooking evaluation, the three masters tasted chef Kwon Jeong-il's food. Ahn Yoo-seong praised, "The tteokgalbi itself seems to have a good balance of seasoning," but all three masters deemed it unqualified.

The masters commented, "The dumpling skin and measurements are insufficient," and "It's hard to express it as Gyuasaeng. The skin should be very transparent, but it was too thick. To put it simply, it was like licking the surface of a watermelon," providing a cold evaluation. Ahn Yoo-seong encouraged his disciple, saying, "Think of it as a big vaccination and work hard. Don't be too discouraged, and I'll prepare sushi for you."

'Sajangui' can be seen every Sunday at 4:45 PM on KBS2.
