Jeong Won-oh, the head of Seongbuk-gu, has emerged as the new boss of 'Sajangui'.

In the KBS2 entertainment program 'Sajangnim Gwi-neun Dangnagi Gwi' (hereafter 'Sajangui'), which aired on the afternoon of the 8th, bosses Jeong Ho-young, Jeong Won-oh, and Ahn Yu-seong appeared in succession.

On this day, chef Jeong Ho-young appeared as the first boss. In honor of the month of June, which is dedicated to national defense and veterans, he issued a ban on the use of foreign words to his staff. When one employee did not even know the date of Liberation Day, he exclaimed, "I cannot tolerate this. I think we need to study history first."

Later, Jeong Ho-young said to his staff, "Independence activists lived in China and ate a lot of Chinese food. So, I want to learn Chinese cuisine," and sought out chef Yeo Gyeong-rae, a master of Chinese cuisine. Chef Yeo and his son cooked sweet and sour pork and zongzi, which were said to be eaten by Kim Gu while in hiding.

After tasting the zongzi, which is made of glutinous rice, Jeong Ho-young remarked, "Mmm, it's delicious. The stickiness makes it feel like eating rice cakes. If it weren't for the independence activists, we would still be struggling today," paying tribute to his ancestors.

After a tense judging period, chef Yeo chose Jeong Ho-young's 'boiling tofu noodles' as the winning dish. Ye Min protested, "I can't accept this. I made dumplings that are easy to eat when fleeing, but adding seafood and meat is cheating," refusing to accept the result.

The second boss to appear was Jeong Won-oh, the head of Seongdong-gu. One employee said, "I woke up too early today. I woke up at 5 AM, but do you believe the mayor's text came even earlier?" revealing that he received a text at 4:50 AM, surprising the panel. Other employees also candidly shared their thoughts about the mayor, saying, "Emotionally, it feels like I'm working 24 hours. At first, I woke up in the middle of the night," and "I think of it as work from the moment I receive a morning text."

When Jeong Won-oh arrived at the office, the emergency bell rang in the secretary's office, and everyone became busy in an instant. As an employee stood waiting in front of the elevator, Jeon Hyun-moo exclaimed, "Oh my, is this real?" covering his mouth. When the boss arrived, other waiting employees also stood up and bowed at a 90-degree angle, shocking everyone.

Jeong Won-oh, who publicly shared his personal phone number to receive civil complaint texts, handed his phone, which was piled with messages, to an employee. Watching this, Jeon Hyun-moo remarked, "How did he get elected three times without any awareness? This is something his wife really hates," expressing his dismay.

At that moment, when the chief secretary also entered the house, the wife politely greeted them, saying, "Please have a meal before you go," and the mayor replied, "I don't have any appointments, but is it okay? The third boss to appear was chef Ahn Yu-seong. Following last week's broadcast, he personally stepped in to support his beloved disciple, chef Kwon Jeong-il, in his challenge for the master chef title. The master chef evaluation began, and chef Kwon Jeong-il cooked gyu-a-sang and papaya beef short ribs.

During the cooking, when chef Kwon Jeong-il cut his hand with a knife, Yeo Gyeong-rae commented, "You're nervous... It's better to treat the injured part of your hand and continue. After all, it will affect your score," judging with precision.

When Ahn Yu-seong said he thought the weight of the short ribs was 100g, he brought out a scale, asking, "Are you sure it's 100g? Let me weigh it." Fortunately, chef Kwon Jeong-il guessed the weight of the short ribs correctly, earning admiration from the panel.

After two hours of cooking evaluation, the three master chefs tasted chef Kwon Jeong-il's dishes. Ahn Yu-seong praised, "The short ribs themselves seem to have a good balance of seasoning," but all three master chefs deemed the dishes unqualified.

The master chefs stated, "The dumpling skin and measurements are insufficient," and "It's hard to express it as gyu-a-sang. The skin should be very transparent, but it was too thick. To put it simply, it was like licking the surface of a watermelon," providing a cold evaluation. Ahn Yu-seong encouraged his disciple, saying, "Think of it as a big vaccination and work hard. Don't be too discouraged; I'll prepare sushi for you."
