In the final episode of ‘What Do You Do When You Play?’, Park Jin-joo and Mi-joo left with smiles until the end.
The episode aired on the 31st featured a bittersweet farewell with the ‘Juju Sisters’ Park Jin-joo and Mi-joo in the segment titled ‘3-Hour Mission? Just a Moment Time’. The sisters were seen hugging their beloved members and saying their final goodbyes to the viewers.
From the opening, Joo Woo-jae joked, “I can’t say anything to Jin-joo and Mi-joo today,” trying to lighten the mood. Mi-joo responded, “Why! What’s wrong with that?” and Park Jin-joo boldly replied, “We won’t see each other again anyway,” causing a stir, while Yoo Jae-suk encouraged the Juju Sisters by saying, “Do whatever you want today.”
The mission for the day was to visit three popular restaurants within a time limit of three hours. The race for the restaurant tour, where they aimed for golden rice grains, began, and upon arriving at the parking lot for their first meal, the members were filled with worry upon hearing about the group jump rope mission. They had to surpass the previous record of 18 jumps set in 2022 and achieve 20 jumps. Park Jin-joo lamented, “I have trauma from this,” recalling the tears she shed from failing the group jump rope challenge.
With a determined mindset, the members successfully completed 20 jumps in one go. Notably, Park Jin-joo overcame her jump rope trauma by recalling Ha Ha’s gear lecture and showcased her significantly improved skills, drawing attention. The members celebrated by hugging each other, and Ha Ha exclaimed, “Why are you all doing so well today! My kids!” making everyone burst into laughter.
Next, the members wandered around Itaewon in search of the second restaurant. They guessed based on a photo hint of eating with bare hands, and thanks to Joo Woo-jae’s efforts, they found the Ethiopian restaurant in the picture. Lee Yi-kyung, who had been wandering in the scorching sun, took off his shirt due to the heat, and Yoo Jae-suk expressed his disgust at Lee Yi-kyung’s protruding ‘third eye’, saying, “That’s not cool,” which brought laughter. It was not easy to find the food in the Ethiopian menu written in the official language. Meanwhile, Lee Yi-kyung had an upset stomach and kept running to the bathroom, while Joo Woo-jae was teased for his slow eating pace.
For the third stop, the members arrived at a café with ‘Swedish flavors’. A sandwich cake, reinterpreted from traditional Swedish food, was served. The outer layer looked like a beautiful cake, but the inside was a sandwich, which caught their attention with its unusual appearance. Joo Woo-jae, the ‘man obsessed with missions’, noticed that there was little time left and aggressively devoured the sandwich cake, ultimately earning the golden rice grains as a reward. The members generously offered the golden rice grains to the hardworking Park Jin-joo and Mi-joo, creating a warm atmosphere.
Finally, Park Jin-joo and Mi-joo said their farewells. Mi-joo expressed, “I’m so grateful and had so much fun during this time. If there’s a chance next time, let’s meet again,” and added humorously, “I will have four kids and come back. I need to start preparing now.” Park Jin-joo said, “I was happy to see you every week for over three years,” and with her consistent ‘pearl sound’, she made the members laugh by saying, “It’s not a forever goodbye.
