ENA has confirmed the scheduling of the TV version of the web entertainment 'Former Offender', produced by content production company OOTB, for May. The web entertainment 'Former Offender' is a mega-hit web entertainment with a cumulative view count of 1.2 billion on YouTube, reviewing various academic departments. It is a campus culture revival project that encompasses the information, empathy, and memories of the first former offender 'Lee Chang-seob', who has established himself as an MC since 2022, and the second former offender 'Kai', who has transformed into an entertainment idol.
ENA is taking bold steps by premiering the TV version of 'Former Offender' along with 'Salon Drip', providing various viewing experiences for the 2049 main target channel audience.
Park Cheol-min, head of ENA's programming center, stated, "As viewers' content consumption patterns transcend the boundaries of broadcasting and digital, ENA will also provide enjoyment to viewers through diverse programming," and added, "ENA has proven that YouTube and broadcasting can create synergy through 'Earth Monopoly World Travel', and last year, we captured both ratings and efficiency with 'Salon Drip 2'. Through the YouTube content 'Former Offender' from OOTB Studio, we will enhance the brand value of ENA as a young channel."
The ENA channel, loved by the 2049 audience, has secured high ratings and a spot in the TOP 5 viewing rankings through original content such as the drama 'New Recruit 3', 'I Am Solo', and 'Earth Monopoly World Travel', while expanding the channel's brand influence.
