'24-Hour Health Club' has received a hot response, truly announcing the birth of a 'healthy drama that you want to see again.'

KBS2's Wednesday-Thursday drama '24-Hour Health Club' (directed by Park Jun-soo and Choi Yeon-soo, written by Kim Ji-soo) in episodes 1 and 2 featured a perfect blend of comedy and romance, captivating viewers with the unpredictable antics of 'fitness fanatic' gym director Do Hyun-jung (played by Lee Jun-young) and 'beginner' gym member Lee Mi-ran (played by Jung Eun-ji). Today (the 3rd), we looked back at the 'healing' points from episodes 1 and 2 that made the first week 'exciting.'

Episode 1: The First Meeting of the Fitness Fanatic and the Beginner, Speedy Registration Completed

Mi-ran, who cannot exclude passionate love from her life, was frustrated after ruining her first night with her boyfriend Yeom Jun-seok (played by Jung Wook-jin). Meanwhile, Hyun-jung, the director of the old gym, witnessed Mi-ran arguing with Jun-seok, which led him to encourage Mi-ran, whose self-esteem was at rock bottom, to enter the gym, raising the intrigue.

Mistaking the gym for a club, Mi-ran left a bewildering first impression, but Hyun-jung, even in that situation, checked her height and weight with his 'fitness fanatic' demeanor, eliciting laughter. In particular, the scene where Hyun-jung wipes Mi-ran's tears during their consultation and says, "If you cry, you'll lose muscle," added a comedic touch to the romance, making viewers hold back their own tears.

Episode 2: Mi-ran's First Growth Journey in Combat Gear (feat. Hyun-jung Rips His Clothes)

Hyun-jung, who began serious training for Mi-ran, was shocked by her fitness levels. Mi-ran's strength, flexibility, and stamina were all at rock bottom, clearly reflecting her long sedentary lifestyle and eating habits. However, he continued training for Mi-ran, who was a 'precious body' after purchasing a 5 million won total life care package. In particular, Mi-ran's struggle to resist the temptation of carbohydrates and her inability to control her appetite, contrasted with Hyun-jung's attempts to manage her, created an engrossing dynamic.

Despite the painful muscle soreness, Mi-ran successfully wore the impulsively purchased dress (combat gear) and achieved a dramatic transformation. On the day of the showdown, Mi-ran attended a colleague's wedding with Hyun-jung but unexpectedly faced her ex-boyfriend, only to experience the humiliation of her dress ripping in front of Jun-seok. Seeing this, Hyun-jung wrapped Mi-ran in a warm embrace without hesitation, striking a chord with viewers' hearts. The epilogue revealed that Hyun-jung's clothes were also torn, drawing attention to the thrilling narrative that transcended simple personal training.

Lee Jun-young and Jung Eun-ji perfectly showcased the essence of comic romance, oscillating between fantasy and reality from the very first week. Their chemistry captivated not only romance lovers but also those who typically cannot endure romance, garnering praise. Viewers are eagerly anticipating how the unpredictable situations set in the health club and their romantic chemistry will develop in future episodes, promising new excitement.

'24-Hour Health Club' will air its third episode on the 7th at 9:50 PM.
