'Hanblee' highlights the unfortunate story of a victim.

In the episode airing on the evening of the 15th, the South Korea Traffic Accident Zero Challenge JTBC 'Han Moon-cheol's Black Box Review' (hereinafter 'Hanblee') will shed light on a shocking traffic accident that occurred at an intersection on the 8th of last month.

The black box footage released that day shows a vehicle moving straight colliding with a private ambulance that ran through a red light with its siren on. Additionally, CCTV footage released captures the ambulance hitting a pedestrian on the sidewalk immediately after the accident, shocking everyone.

The 'Hanblee' production team meets with the family of the injured pedestrian to hear the details of the incident. The victim's son reveals, "The ambulance ran the red light with its siren on, without any patients."

The daughter shares, "When we went to the hospital, my mom was wrapped in bandages all over," and "I was told there is a 0% chance of her opening her eyes," shedding tears and evoking sympathy. Furthermore, it is revealed that the perpetrator claims to have been drowsy while driving and asserts that the black box memory card malfunctioned, and that they are not even covering the hospital expenses, which incites anger. In response, lawyer Han Moon-cheol states, "Just because it's an ambulance doesn't mean traffic laws can be ignored," raising awareness, while Hanhae also expresses, "Strong punishment is necessary," sincerely wishing for the victim's recovery.

Following this, 'Hanblee' introduces an accident involving 'protected left turns' that confuses drivers. The footage released that day depicts a vehicle attempting a protected left turn colliding head-on with a vehicle speeding at a rapid pace. The panelists argue that the left-turning vehicle is at fault, but a heated discussion ensues regarding the fault ratio as it is revealed that the straight-moving vehicle was speeding at '141 km/h.' In response, lawyer Han Moon-cheol analyzes using similar case precedents and advises, "Extra caution is required for protected left turns."

In this episode, Hanhae, who previously garnered attention with his 'Traffic Law Rap,' returns to 'Hanblee.'
