Singer Hwanhee showcased his honest charm and outstanding entertainment skills.

Hwanhee appeared as a guest on the MBC entertainment program 'Radio Star' (hereafter 'RS') on the 30th of last month, alongside Lee Yeon-bok, Jang Shin-young, and Brian for a special episode titled 'Wise Colleague Life'.

On this day, Hwanhee made a full appearance with Brian from Fly to the Sky for the first time in six years, captivating viewers with his candid talk and unexpected charm.

Recently, Hwanhee took the stage at the SM Town 30th Anniversary concert, saying, "I sang 'Sea Of Love' with Sohee. I met the completely innocent Sohee, and she practiced a lot and prepared well, so we had a fun performance."

Additionally, Hwanhee shared amusing anecdotes about living with Brian and behind-the-scenes stories from their trainee days, providing refreshing laughter with their delightful chemistry. Moreover, their genuine support and care for each other created a warm atmosphere.

In particular, Hwanhee opened up about his motivation to challenge himself in trot music, stating, "It was tough when we left SM and went to another company. We had a bad contract, and both of us were struggling financially. I talked about this three years ago on a show, but they brought up something that happened in 2005, saying 'Hwanhee appeared on King of Mask Singer because he was struggling financially'."

He continued, "When I received the offer for 'King of Mask Singer 2', I thought a lot about it. At first, I thought it wasn't a genre I could do, but my mother said, 'There isn't a song among my son's songs that I can sing along to,' which made me challenge myself for her."

He added, "While doing trot, I practiced more than before my debut. There were tough times, but I gained many fans, including older sisters and brothers. Most importantly, many fans who didn't listen to trot started to listen to my trot music."

Hwanhee recently made his first challenge in trot through 'King of Mask Singer 2', earning the 8th place with his seasoned stage presence and excellent vocal skills. He is receiving warm love across generations, being called 'Young Nam-jin', 'Trot Macho Man', and 'Trot Prince'.

Meanwhile, Hwanhee plans to continue communicating with fans through various broadcasts and stages.
