On the 22nd, a media outlet reported that SBS is launching a large-scale audition program focused on male idols. The outlet stated that SBS has completed the production team and is preparing for a broadcast aimed for the first airing in August.
In relation to this, an SBS official told Maeil Business Star Today, "The launch of the audition program has not been decided yet."
Previously, SBS has introduced several audition programs, including the 'K-Pop Star' series, 'Loud', 'Universe Ticket', and 'Universe League', discovering artists such as AKMU, Lee Hi, TNX, and UNIS.
As a result, interest is growing regarding whether SBS will launch a new audition program.
