Koo Jun-yup of the group Clon is reported to have already completed a property separation agreement with his late wife, Seo Hee-won, before their marriage.

On the 10th, Taiwan's ET Today reported, "Koo Jun-yup and the late Seo Hee-won agreed to separate their assets before marriage. The mansion located on the National Museum site has been transferred to the late Seo Hee-won's mother."

Seo Hee-won passed away from pneumonia during a trip to Japan on the 2nd. Since then, attention has been focused on the inheritance she left behind. According to local media, Seo Hee-won left behind real estate worth about 25 billion won, including the National Museum site and a penthouse (worth 16 billion won), as well as a total of 120 billion won in assets, including property divided after her divorce from her ex-husband Wang Shao-bi.

However, according to the media, since the agreement between the two was not notarized in court, the agreement is expected to be invalidated, and Koo Jun-yup may still inherit Seo Hee-won's estate.

In this regard, Koo Jun-yup previously stated on the 7th, "Since Hee-won worked hard to protect her beloved family during her lifetime, I plan to give all my rights to my mother-in-law."

He added, "I will take legal measures to ensure that the children's rights are protected through a lawyer until they become adults, so that bad people cannot interfere."

Seo Hee-won debuted in 1994 with her younger sister as part of the group 'SOS'. She is also famous for playing the female lead in the Taiwanese drama 'Boys Over Flowers'. In Korea, she became known as 'Taiwan's Geum Jan-di' after the name of the female lead in a domestic drama.

Koo Jun-yup and Seo Hee-won first met in 1998 and were in a relationship until the early 2000s before breaking up. Later, Seo Hee-won married Chinese businessman Wang Shao-fei in 2011 and had a daughter and a son, but they separated in 2021. During this time, Koo Jun-yup reached out to Seo Hee-won again, and they got married in 2022.

Koo Jun-yup appeared on SBS's entertainment show 'Shoe Off, Dolsing for Men' last April, where he shared their love story and episodes from their newlywed life, drawing attention.
