From 'fitness enthusiasts' like Hyun-jung, who are serious about working out, to 'beginner gym members' like Mi-ran, it is said to target everyone's preferences, making us curious about the unique story of '24-Hour Health Club' that will refine the exterior and polish the interior.
Writer Kim Ji-soo pointed out that a key viewing point of the drama is that "various characters appear in the gym, and while watching the drama, viewers will likely find a character that resembles their own concerns." She added, "It's hard to find time for oneself in life, and I wanted to share the experience of how life can change through the process of exercise. Please watch the characters' changes and growth."
Director Park Jun-soo introduced the drama as "a show that is both delicious and nutritious, like food," lowering the entry barrier for viewers. He stated, "While watching the drama, viewers might find themselves laughing and unknowingly doing push-ups or straightening their backs," and expressed confidence that "there will be fun in watching the characters' serious jokes and their desires and cravings for physical beauty." As interest in the drama continues to rise, viewers are eager to see what stories will unfold in the main broadcast that will resonate with everyone.
