Chef Yoon Nam-no revealed his top 5 restaurants while enjoying grilled intestines alone.

On the afternoon of the 12th, the MBC entertainment program 'Junjangsi' featured YouTuber It-seob and Chef Yoon Nam-no.

On this day, the first guest was tech YouTuber It-seob. His manager introduced him, saying, "I came in because of the influence of the CEO who loves electronic devices. I felt a sense of intimacy even before meeting him."

He continued, "You can't resist your curiosity. You want to buy things faster than anyone else. You want to buy things that aren't sold in Korea. Many fans know that you buy a lot of electronic devices, but in reality, you buy even more. You're crazy about electronic devices," revealing It-seob's obsession.

Upon arriving at the office, he pressed a computer button to turn on all the office lights. When asked if he buys the equipment used by the staff, It-seob replied, "No, I buy it for them. I think the company should provide this much. When they join, I tell them to sell it. We're going to give them new ones anyway. Since the PDs work late, I buy things that can be done as quickly as possible," boasting about employee welfare.

The manager added, "If there's an electronic device he's curious about, he buys it coolly if it catches the CEO's interest. There's a solar-powered device that can charge smartphones, and the CEO liked it so much that we filmed content with it," showcasing the harmony of work and passion.

As the unboxing time approached, It-seob opened a package and exclaimed, "This is a new product that hasn't been released in Korea!" He continued, "There probably isn't anywhere that has this right now. You can watch movies without 3D glasses now. I'm curious about this one," as he turned on a 3D monitor. The excited individuals, like children, unboxed the products they would review after the experience.

While comparing and analyzing laptops, he created a filming setup with his manager. The manager used a smartphone to create a prompter, and It-seob filmed content that honestly introduced even the downsides.

After filming, a friend from his hometown visited It-seob and asked, "What do you have? Keyboard, monitor, mouse?" engaging in a second-hand transaction. It-seob suggested, "Try sitting down and using it. I'll give you the keyboard for free with a 20% discount on the mouse. 180,000 won with a 20% discount is a steal, right?" and successfully closed the deal for 600,000 won. The friend then asked, "Can we negotiate lower?" and they eventually settled at 550,000 won.

During the meal, It-seob shared tips on buying smartphones cheaply, saying, "We can wait for new products, but usually, people don't know this." He explained, "If a phone model is really good, the best time to buy is during pre-orders. But if the product isn't good, discounts keep coming afterward. We don't buy phones from dealers anymore," he stated.

It-seob added, "There are a few things to avoid at dealers. You should avoid 36-month installments because the interest is 5.9%. You pay this every year. Also, avoid discounts from affiliated cards. They are all the same regardless of the dealer," sharing valuable tips. When Hong Hyun-hee remarked, "The dealer gives you free film and cases," It-seob replied, "Why would the dealer be generous? It's because they have a lot left over," which made Hong Hyun-hee furious.

The second guest was Chef Yoon Nam-no. He went to the market with his junior staff and said, "This is a type of fish. It tastes really good when eaten with duck," automatically explaining as he picked ingredients. After shopping, he returned to the kitchen and made fried sea bass and burdock, testing it with the staff.

The staff praised, "The burdock goes really well," and "The high acidity of the wine is well balanced by the nuttiness of the burdock," making Yoon Nam-no smile with satisfaction.

Later, the staff began cooking dishes like shrimp tartare, lamb chops with spring vegetables, and grilled chicken with the ingredients purchased from the market. The first to taste the lamb chops, Yoon Nam-no remarked, "We usually don't use the stems of the spring vegetables. This is a new discovery," and selected it as the top dish.

As dinner time approached, Yoon Nam-no visited a grilled intestines restaurant alone. The staff introduced, "There are five top restaurants in Junggok-dong that the chef always mentions: a pork belly restaurant, a pork cutlet restaurant, a udon restaurant, a sashimi restaurant, and a grilled intestines restaurant."

At the grilled intestines restaurant, Yoon Nam-no first ordered two servings of grilled intestines. During the meal, he took out a grapefruit and made a grapefruit cocktail by mixing grapefruit, ice, grapefruit zest, soju, and sparkling water, showcasing his refined taste.

He topped his beef short ribs with chili peppers and exclaimed, "I feel like a millionaire," as he devoured the meat. Next, he finished off king pork ribs, pork skin, and soup all at once.

'Junjangsi' airs every Saturday at 11:10 PM on MBC.
