Actors Im Si-wan and So Yu-jin have joined the donation movement for neighbors affected by wildfires.
The Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association announced on the 25th that actor Im Si-wan donated 30 million won to support neighbors affected by the wildfires in the Ulsan and Gyeongsang regions.
Im Si-wan stated, “I thought the pain of those who lost their homes due to the sudden wildfires would be great, so I contributed a small amount. I hope it can provide some comfort during this difficult time.”
On the same day, according to the Korean Red Cross, So Yu-jin also donated 30 million won to support areas affected by large wildfires in places like Sancheong, Gyeongnam, Uiseong, Gyeongbuk, and Ulju, Ulsan. So Yu-jin's donation will be used to support the victims of the wildfires.
So Yu-jin expressed, “I hope this small contribution can help those who have had to leave their homes due to the wildfires,” and added, “I wish for the health and safety of those working on wildfire extinguishing and relief efforts on the ground.”
In addition to the two, Jinwoo from the group WINNER also donated 10 million won for the wildfire victims.
