'Undercover High School' Seo Kang-joon is putting everything on the line to track down gold bars.

MBC's Friday-Saturday drama 'Undercover High School' (written by Lim Young-bin, directed by Choi Jeong-in) captivates viewers with its thrilling story and the special fun of uncovering hidden truths. Among them, the process in which Jung Hae-sung (played by Seo Kang-joon) tracks down school rumors to find the gold bars adds dramatic interest.

First, to conduct an undercover investigation, Hae-sung becomes a student at Byeongmun High School and senses something suspicious upon seeing the old and dilapidated main building, leading him to confront the first rumor. According to his classmate Lee Dong-min (played by Shin Joon-hang), a female student who was bullied in the past committed suicide in the old classroom, and at the same time every year, the spirit of the deceased student appears in a closed practice room. Hae-sung didn't believe it, but after watching a video Dong-min took in the old classroom, he went to verify the truth himself. There, he found a skeleton of a female student in a school uniform, but it turned out to be a model, raising questions about who would do such a thing and why.

The second rumor surrounding Byeongmun High School was equally intriguing. A female student who was always second to her friend, who was first, pushed her friend off the roof out of jealousy, and shortly after, the girl who killed her friend was also found dead. This led to a rumor that one should not be at school when the clock strikes, prompting Hae-sung to become an executive to enter the student council room where the grandfather clock is located to uncover the truth behind it. Later, when the school anthem played from the grandfather clock, Hae-sung recorded it and realized it was a four-hands performance, continuing his deductions about the next rumor.

Hae-sung and Oh Soo-ah (played by Jin Ki-joo) secretly infiltrated the chairman's office to solve the third rumor related to the grand piano. There, they discovered a grand piano from the 1950s and attempted to solve the mystery by playing the school anthem. While playing, they discovered that only the note 'do' did not produce sound, and they quickly left the room. Subsequently, Soo-ah deciphered the keywords intertwined between the anthem's lyrics and the note 'do', seemingly getting closer to the gold bars.

However, the final rumor was a mystery that no one could unravel. Even Dong-min, who loves rumors, found no clues related to it in Hae-sung's father's notebook. However, it was said that anyone who knew about that rumor would disappear without a trace, creating tension. What is the truth behind the fourth rumor? The pursuit of the gold bars and Hae-sung's unpredictable journey are drawing attention until the very end.

Thus, 'Undercover High School' adds to the viewing pleasure with Hae-sung's struggles surrounding the whereabouts of the gold bars and an unpredictable storyline. With only episodes 11 and the finale remaining, the MBC Friday-Saturday drama 'Undercover High School' promises to deliver thrilling tension with unexpected twists until the end, airing every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 PM.
