Heading to Chiang Mai, Thailand, the holy land of workations for a global property tour.

In the MBC entertainment program ‘Save Me! Homes’ airing on the 20th at 10 PM, actors Lee Si-eon and Park Na-rae embark on a very special local property tour in Busan.

This episode is set as a ‘Local Property Tour - Busan Edition’ where they go on a nationwide property tour with local residents. Previously, ‘Homes’ has garnered attention by visiting very special local properties with locals from various cities. This time, the local property tour will be led by Busan's representative actor Lee Si-eon along with his close friend Park Na-rae.

The two head to Namcheon-dong in Suyeong-gu, Busan. Upon arriving at the beach in Namcheon-dong, Park Na-rae perfectly mimics the famous line from the movie ‘The War of Crime’ by Choi Min-sik, “You guys live in Namcheon-dong, right?” Lee Si-eon speculates, “Namcheon-dong is divided into 1-dong and 2-dong; this is Namcheon 2-dong, and I think the other one has a lot of high-end housing complexes, Namcheon 1-dong.”

The apartment they will tour was completed in 1979 and consists of 3,060 units, located right in front of the beautiful blue sea. The apartment, built on reclaimed land, is neatly arranged and was known as the best affluent apartment complex in Busan during the 1980s.

Once inside, the two are captivated by the modern and sophisticated interior. Park Na-rae comments, “The owner remodeled it in 2002, but it’s so stylish that I can’t believe it.” The two, enchanted by the natural marble floors, seamless design, and unobstructed beach view, do not hold back their compliments, raising expectations for the property.

Following this, the second part of ‘Save Me! Global Homes’ featuring various foreign property prices will air. Last week, MBC announcer Jung Young-han traveled to Chiang Mai, Thailand, known as the holy land for digital nomads, for a global property tour. He attracted attention by exploring various accommodations where one can enjoy workations for an extended period.

Jung Young-han visits the ‘Hang Dong’ area, located 34 minutes by car from downtown Chiang Mai. Here, he introduces various housing types suitable for families or retirement living. Notably, a house located right next to a golf course adds to the anticipation.

The Busan property tour with locals will be revealed on the 20th at 10 PM on MBC’s ‘Save Me! Homes’.
