Shim Eud-teum had an eating show featuring pork cutlet after running with math instructor Jeong Seung-je.
On the afternoon of the 8th, the MBC entertainment program 'My Little Old Boy' (hereinafter 'My Little Old Boy') featured guests Shim Eud-teum and Shin Gi-ru.
In this episode, the first guest was fitness creator Shim Eud-teum. As soon as she woke up in the morning, she measured her body composition, showing a body fat percentage of 11.7%, surprising the panelists.
Her manager said, "I've been with her since 2015, so it's been 10 years. Our connection started when she came to my fitness center. Eud-teum has a morning routine where she checks her body. Afterward, Shim Eud-teum spent time doing powerlifting and playing soccer.
Just when it seemed like the workout was over, Shim Eud-teum welcomed math instructor Jeong Seung-je, and the two began running. Jeong Seung-je boasted, "We agreed to meet to eat pork cutlet. So I've been managing my diet for a week," to which Shim Eud-teum replied, "Really? That's cool. Jeong Seung-je is cool! The two wrapped up their day by eating chicken gangjeong, jjajangmyeon, tteokbokki with fried toppings, and pork cutlet.
The second guest was Shin Gi-ru, who shocked the panelists by shaving the hair at the back of his neck in a hair salon.
Upon arriving at the company, he met a fortune teller. The fortune teller, upon seeing the company building, said, "One side is black and the other is white, but in the middle, there's something that looks like a different building. The shape of the building feels divided. It's not good in terms of form or color. So it gives a feeling of division, disconnection, blockage, and giving up midway," which surprised the representative.
He continued, "Like a wind path, the wind blows strongly. This signifies turmoil. This building is, in short, a building surrounded by difficulties," making the panelists burst into laughter. Shin Gi-ru remarked, "Since I'm affiliated with this company, it seems like any luck I had is gone. Everything I've done here hasn't progressed.
