‘What Do You Do When You Play?’ has revived the ‘Conscience Refrigerator’.
The episode aired on the afternoon of the 8th, featuring the MBC entertainment program ‘What Do You Do When You Play?’ (directed by Kim Jin-yong, Jang Woo-sung, Jang Hyo-jong, Wang Jong-seok, written by Choi Hye-jung) was themed ‘The Return of Lee Kyung-kyu!’
In this broadcast, the production team explained the concept, saying, “Today we will be with a legend from MBC.” At that moment, the achievements of the legend were revealed behind the members, and they predicted, “Is Kyung-kyu coming out?”

Lee Kyung-kyu revealed the backstory of the ‘Conscience Refrigerator’, saying, “At first, it wasn’t called the ‘Conscience Refrigerator’. The production team brought a TV box. Refrigeration slightly rots,” and Lee Kyung-kyu retorted, “You don’t know the meaning of life. Just eat refrigerated food for your whole life!”
Yoo Jae-suk announced, “This time we are giving conscience appliances,” showcasing prizes like refrigerators, stylers, and TVs.
Afterward, Lee Kyung-kyu set out with Yoo Jae-suk and Haha to find conscience on the road. They arrived at a situation room disguised as a clothing store and greeted an expert from the Korea Road Traffic Authority’s Safety Education Department.
At the same time, Lee Yi-kyung, Joo Woo-jae, Lee Mi-joo, and Park Jin-joo visited the lost and found center in Chungmuro. They were shocked by various lost items like bags, umbrellas, and suitcases. The center manager predicted, “I think 2-3 minutes will bring them in. The other 7 will stay right there.”
The four placed a wallet in the subway corridor and observed citizens, feeling sorry for those who just passed by. Joo Woo-jae remarked, “Real situations are really tough, huh?” and Lee Yi-kyung sighed, “If it doesn’t show up, it’s over, right?”
At that moment, a couple approached the wallet, hesitated, then picked it up and headed to the lost and found center. The four, watching in real-time, exclaimed, “They’re coming! They’re coming up!” and Lee Kyung-kyu said, “If they come to the lost and found center, it’s a success.”
When the couple entered the lost and found center, the four rushed out, draping a flower necklace around them and welcoming them with “Congratulations!” The bewildered couple replied, “We’re not Korean! We’re from Hong Kong,” causing confusion. The four faced a language barrier but managed to communicate using smartphones, with Joo Woo-jae asking, “What gift would you like the most?”
The woman replied, “I can donate it to someone I want,” leaving the four speechless at the unexpected answer. Lee Kyung-kyu said, “I feel like I’m going to cry,” with tears welling up. Joo Woo-jae expressed his embarrassment, saying, “I’m ashamed of thinking about which product would be the most expensive.” The woman then suggested, “Let’s take a picture instead,” further touching the members.
On the other hand, Lee Kyung-kyu’s team had yet to find a conscience person. While they were chatting, a truck stopped at a red flashing light in a children’s protection zone, and the members exclaimed, “The truck has stopped!” and ran towards the protagonist.
Yoo Jae-suk asked, “Hello. The red flashing light is on in the children’s protection zone, why did you stop?” The driver replied, “Because children can pass by, and I always do this,” and the members cheered. The driver added, “Since children always pass by here, I think I’ve become more cautious.”
Lee Kyung-kyu exclaimed, “Wow! You are the protagonist of 2025! Please choose one here,” presenting a gift, and the driver chose a 72-inch TV. Lee Kyung-kyu humorously remarked, “In my experience, the protagonists of the Conscience Refrigerator all look like this,” causing everyone to burst into laughter.
After that, Lee Kyung-kyu’s team continued to search for another conscience protagonist, congratulating them with a 72-inch TV.
