MBC's 'Good Day' reveals the meeting between G-Dragon and actor Kim Soo-hyun, marking the beginning of the '88 Universe'.
Tonight (16th, Sunday) at 9:10 PM, the first episode of 'Good Day' (directed by Kim Tae-ho, produced by TEO) will air, featuring G-Dragon completing this year's song through a music project with various personalities. G-Dragon will take on the role of producer, showcasing the process of turning the stories of different individuals into music through a reality entertainment format.
In a pre-released video for the first episode, G-Dragon, Jo Se-ho, and Code Kunst are seen traveling in a car, drawing attention. Jo Se-ho hints at the friend they are about to meet, saying, "The friend we are meeting today is the same age as me and has worked on a project with me. He says he mostly works out during his alone time."
The reveal of the main character, who piqued curiosity, was actor Kim Soo-hyun. Kim Soo-hyun welcomed G-Dragon's group with a tense expression at his agency's training center. It turns out that G-Dragon and Kim Soo-hyun were not strangers; they had exchanged phone numbers in the past. G-Dragon shared a humorous episode where he accidentally called Kim Soo-hyun, who shares the same name as a company consultant, and had an awkward 3-4 minute conversation.
To break the ice, the two moved towards the exercise equipment, and Kim Soo-hyun, who enjoys working out, actively demonstrated dynamic leg stretches on a lower body strengthening machine. G-Dragon couldn't help but burst into laughter at the somewhat embarrassing position Kim Soo-hyun was in, with his eyes wide open. The two quickly became closer through their workout, with G-Dragon admitting, "I've never felt like this before."
