‘Save Me! Holmes’ is set to check the global market prices in Dahab, Egypt, a paradise for divers.
In the MBC entertainment program ‘Save Me! Holmes’ airing at 10 PM on the 6th, broadcaster Pungja and Kim Jin-woo from ‘Winner’ will appear in the second part of the island exploration in the West Sea, heading to Dangjin & Taean.
Today, they will present ‘Island Exploration Part 2’, where Park Na-rae, who revealed her dream of having a seaside house through the show, will take Pungja and Kim Jin-woo to explore various island properties in Dangjin and Taean. The trio will visit Mukdak Island, located at Mallipo Beach in Taean, which is an island connected to the mainland.
The exploration site is a special house located on Mukdak Island, a national park, which existed before construction activities were restricted. As the three enter the island along a walking trail that circles the entire island, they discover a house that is just a skeleton of its former self, leaving them in shock. What story lies hidden in the Mukdak Island house? Anticipation for the broadcast is heightened.
Meanwhile, the segment ‘Save Me! Global Homes’ will follow, examining the market prices of various foreign homes. So far, ‘Holmes’ has garnered attention by revealing the market prices of various properties located in Australia, the United States, Hong Kong, and Mongolia through ‘Global Market Check’. This time, they will embark on a global exploration to Egypt, the land of pyramids and sphinxes, and ancient mythology.
Kim Sook mentions that they will check the housing facilities in Dahab, Egypt, which is popular as a resort due to its affordable prices and activities, thanks to its proximity to the sea next to the desert. This Egyptian exploration will feature a special local coordinator who dropped out of a prestigious university and settled in Dahab at the age of 23 to run a guesthouse, sparking curiosity about who this person is.
Dahab is located 12 hours by car and 1 hour by plane from Cairo, the capital with the pyramids, and due to its small area, most people travel on foot or by bicycle. The ‘Lighthouse’ area, famous as a tourist spot within Dahab, is home to various ethnicities and is considered a paradise for freediving due to the deep waters of the Red Sea.
Furthermore, Dahab is described as a place where Bedouins live among the 34 ethnic minorities in Egypt. Historically, Bedouins roamed the desert, but now they have settled in Dahab. They are characterized by a sedentary lifestyle and living in darkness, and it is noted that most of them are land-rich due to their long-standing settlement, raising curiosity.
They will explore a variety of properties, including homes of local Bedouins, rental houses for foreigners, and luxury homes with swimming pools, while meticulously checking the housing market prices, generating excitement.
The second part of the island exploration in the West Sea, featuring Dangjin & Taean, will be revealed on the 6th at 10 PM on MBC’s ‘Save Me! Holmes’.
