Broadcaster Yoo Se-yoon has won the Producer MC Award.

On the 28th at 8:20 PM, the ‘MBC Entertainment Awards’ took place at the new MBC headquarters in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. The event was hosted by Jeon Hyun-moo, Yoon Eun-hye, and Lee Jang-woo.

Yoo Se-yoon received the Producer MC Award. He said, “I think my seniors can relate, but since it’s been 20 years since my debut, I often attend award ceremonies. I feel like I should come with a congratulatory heart even if I don’t get to ride the wave, but it can be burdensome in years when I feel like I haven’t done anything. I worry that if I don’t win an award, my disappointed expression might get caught on camera. I had those thoughts, but I’m really grateful.”

He continued, “Since it’s called the Producer MC Award, it feels like an award given by the producers. I’m very thankful,” and added, “I talk about this with my fellow entertainers. ‘Think about it, there aren’t that many people in entertainment. But we were chosen, and that’s something to be very grateful for.’ I feel like I realized this quite late. When I was a rookie, I used to receive awards often, but back then, I didn’t understand the gratitude and thought it was all thanks to me. I’ve come to understand, albeit late, that it’s all thanks to the people around me who have shaped me. I will live with gratitude from now on.”

The ‘MBC Entertainment Awards’ is an event that summarizes the entertainment, cultural, and radio programs broadcast throughout the year. Last year, MBC aired many existing popular programs such as ‘All-Seeing Companion’, ‘What Do You Do When You Hang Out?’, ‘I Live Alone’, ‘Radio Star’, ‘Home Alone’, and ‘Thank Goodness for Resting’, as well as new programs like ‘Class That Crosses the Line’, ‘Song Stealer’, ‘Frugal Man’, ‘Speakers’, and ‘Music Journey Born to Be’. Pilot programs such as ‘The Leader’s Side Dishes’, ‘Weekly Taste Research Institute: What to Eat Lab’, ‘Hot Topic’, and ‘Reaching You’ were also aired.
