‘Talk Partner 25’ explores famous landmarks in Spain and the United States.
In the JTBC broadcast of ‘Talk Partner 25’ on the 30th (directed by Hong Sang-hoon and Kim Seon-jun), historical storyteller Sun Kim will appear, providing a rich viewing experience with a virtual tour of Madrid, Spain, and Miami, USA.
In the ‘Talk Partner Direct Purchase’ segment, a Spanish talk partner travels to Segovia, a city near Madrid, to visit the Alcázar, which inspired the castle in the animated film ‘Snow White.’ The exterior of the castle boasts a charming, toy-like atmosphere, while the gallery room inside captivates viewers with its splendid ceiling decorations and a mural of Queen Isabella I, who unified Spain.
The talk partner seeks out popular restaurants frequented by celebrities, including the King of Spain and Cristiano Ronaldo, to taste Segovia's representative traditional dish, cochinillo asado. Notably, this restaurant offers a unique performance where a whole piglet is roasted in an oven and then carved directly onto the plate.
Moving on to Toledo, the program showcases the magnificent Toledo Cathedral, built during Spain's Golden Age, and introduces the Mirador viewpoint, which offers a panoramic view of the city. As night falls, Lee Chan-won, who sees the beautiful night view illuminating Toledo like stars in the night sky, reportedly reacted strongly, saying, “Watching the video makes me annoyed.”
The American talk partner experiences an airboat ride in a park where about 600 species of animals inhabit wetlands, rivers, and lakes, vividly showcasing alligators and surprising viewers. They then move to Little Havana, a village established by exiles who left Cuba in the 1960s and 70s, presenting the rich flavors of classic mojitos and Cuban sandwiches that stimulate the viewers' taste buds.
‘Talk Partner 25’ will air on the 30th at 8:50 PM.
