‘Suspicious Woman’ Seo Young-hee and In Gyo-jin will captivate the home theater as a couple with contrasting personalities.
The new KBS2 Wednesday-Thursday drama ‘Suspicious Woman’ (directed by Park Yong-soon, written by Heo Seung-min), set to premiere on December 18, is a romantic musical growth drama about grandmother Oh Mal-soon, who suddenly transforms into twenty-year-old Oh Du-ri and enjoys a shining second prime. It is a remake of the film of the same name, promising expanded characters and stories compared to the original.
Seo Young-hee and In Gyo-jin will play the roles of Ban Ji-sook and Choi Min-seok, the parents of Choi Ha-na (played by Chae Won-bin) and the daughter and son-in-law of Oh Mal-soon (played by Kim Hae-sook). Ji-sook, a recognized executive at a large corporation, lashes out at her mother Mal-soon when her only daughter, model student Ha-na, declares she will give up on the college entrance exam, causing emotional pain. Min-seok, who has tried various businesses to become a proud husband but has failed at all, continues to be cautious of Ji-sook's feelings while living with his in-laws.

After failing in business and being betrayed, In Gyo-jin becomes unemployed again and cannot bring himself to tell Seo Young-hee that he has quit his job. He suffers in silence, and as time goes on, their marital relationship deteriorates.
