In ‘Parole Officer Lee Han-shin’, Ko Soo, Kwon Yu-ri, and Baek Ji-won officially kick off their cooperation.
The tvN Monday-Tuesday drama ‘Parole Officer Lee Han-shin’ (directed by Yoon Sang-ho, written by Park Chi-hyung, planned by CJ ENM, KT Studio Genie, produced by Kotap Media, hereafter referred to as ‘Lee Han-shin’) is receiving great love from viewers for its unpredictable portrayal of justice by parole officer Lee Han-shin (played by Ko Soo). In the first two episodes, Lee Han-shin showcased a thrilling implementation of justice by preventing the parole of a chaebol chairman who reigns above the law, and this time, he is set to face off against investment scammers from ‘Junbong Holdings’.
Previously, to prevent the parole of Ji Dong-man (played by Song Young-chang), Lee Han-shin teamed up with his investigator, Ahn Seo-yoon (played by Kwon Yu-ri). After trusting Ahn Seo-yoon through their first team play, Lee Han-shin sought her help once again to defend against the parole of the Junbong Holdings investment scammers. Joining them is the legendary loan shark Choi Hwa-ran (played by Baek Ji-won). The three have gathered to find the 40 billion won in criminal proceeds from Junbong Holdings, presumed to be located at Jangju Restaurant. However, Ahn Seo-yoon, who states, “I won’t get involved in illegal activities,” and Choi Hwa-ran, who says, “I won’t work with the police,” experience conflict right from the start. At this moment, Lee Han-shin turns the atmosphere around with the keyword “40 billion,” reigniting the spark of cooperation.
In the following scene, Lee Han-shin appears confident as he shares his thoughts, while Ahn Seo-yoon and Choi Hwa-ran look troubled and uncertain. This captures the three facing obstacles in their treasure hunt for the 40 billion won that seems impossible to find. At this point, Lee Han-shin is expected to come up with a new and fresh solution.
