The funeral service and burial of the late singer Wheesung were held on the morning of the 16th at the Samsung Medical Center funeral hall in Ilwon-dong.
Fellow artists and family members attended the funeral service and burial to pay their last respects to the deceased.
Wheesung was found dead at his home in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, at 6:29 PM on the 10th. He was 43 years old.
The police reported that there were no signs of external intrusion or criminal activity. The National Forensic Service conducted an autopsy on the 12th to determine the specific cause of death, and the initial finding was 'cause of death unknown.'
It is expected to take about two more weeks for the results of the detailed examination to be released.
After the funeral service and burial, the deceased will be laid to rest at the Gwangneung Memorial Park in Pocheon, Gyeonggi Province.
