Singer Taemin will perform at the 2026 Coachella.
As a member of SHINee and a unique solo artist, Taemin has been included in the lineup of the world's largest music festival, the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival (hereafter referred to as 'Coachella').
According to the lineup announced on the 16th (local time), Taemin will take the Coachella stage on April 11 and 18 next year. He is the only male K-pop solo artist to join, drawing global fans' attention.
Taemin has established himself as a representative performer of K-pop, earning the title ‘Yeo Sol Nam’ with his overwhelming stage presence and unique performances. With his smooth yet deadly choreography and consistently proven perfect live performance skills, he is expected to showcase his true value on the global stage of Coachella.
Having released a special digital single ‘Veil’ on the 13th, Taemin successfully held a solo fan meeting ‘2025 TAEMIN FANMEETING [CLASS-MATE] in HANGZHOU’ in Hangzhou, China, last August, and is actively continuing his global activities across Asia, including a recent arena tour in Japan titled ‘2025 TAEMIN ARENA TOUR ‘Veil’.
Coachella, which started in 1999, is the largest music festival in the United States, attracting over 200,000 spectators each year. As it gathers world-class artists, simply performing at Coachella proves one's global influence. The 2026 Coachella will feature Taemin alongside many top global pop stars, boasting an even more glamorous lineup that has global fans eagerly anticipating the event.
Meanwhile, Taemin will continue his arena tour in Saga from September 20-21, Shizuoka from October 4-5, Chiba from November 29-30, and Hyogo from December 24-25.
