The group LIGHTSUM has participated in a warm talent donation for pediatric diabetes patients.
On the 15th, LIGHTSUM attended the 'Empathy, Challenge, and Togetherness Pediatric Diabetes Family Camp' (hereafter referred to as the Camp) held at Mokwon University in Seo-gu, Daejeon, co-hosted by the Korean Pediatric Diabetes Association and the Korean Society of Pediatric Endocrinology.
At the Camp, which marks its 22nd year, LIGHTSUM spent meaningful time with pediatric diabetes patients and their families. In particular, the members shared dinner and conversations with the participants, and after the opening ceremony of the Camp, they delivered an energetic congratulatory performance that received a warm response.
LIGHTSUM expressed, "It is an honor to be part of such a meaningful event. We hope our performance brings good energy, and that the rest of the year is filled with good things for everyone."
Since being appointed as ambassadors for the Korean Pediatric Diabetes Association during the Pediatric Diabetes Day ceremony in 2021, LIGHTSUM has consistently continued their hope-sharing efforts by performing at the scholarship award ceremonies for pediatric diabetes students in 2022 and 2023, presenting congratulatory performances and scholarship certificates.
Meanwhile, LIGHTSUM will meet fans on the stage of the '2025 CAS School Festival' to be held on the 23rd at Seoul Land in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi Province.
