Liz, a former member of the group After School, appeared on broadcast content for the first time in 4 years. He stated that he has spent time reflecting after the drunk driving incident.

On the 1st, Liz made an appearance on the YouTube channel 'Jjeong the Woman Jeong-a'. The two have a history of working together in After School.

Liz said, "This is my first time since 2021. It's been over 4 years," indicating that it has been a long time since he appeared on a broadcast.

In May 2021, Liz was involved in a collision while driving near the southern intersection of the Yeongdong Bridge in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, where he crashed into a taxi in front of him. At the time of the accident, Liz's blood alcohol concentration was at the license suspension level of 0.08%.

Liz bowed his head and said, "What happened should never have happened, and there is no excuse for it. It was my clear mistake, and I feel sorry for the taxi driver who was affected and for those around me who cared for and loved me."

He continued, "The criticism and blame I received were frightening at first because I was loved for my lively, positive, and good image, and then suddenly faced rejection from many people."

Liz expressed, "I wanted to hold onto that, so I made mistakes and acted wrongly. I didn't know how high the sky was before. I worked hard for what I wanted and desired, but I think I lived without realizing how much fortune I had received compared to my efforts. As time passed and I lost many things, I began to think that I might have lived without considering how I had lived."

Jeong-a remarked, "It is true that what happened should not have happened. However, I think that the negative perceptions from that incident have changed this child's life, which he might have lived without realizing."

Liz debuted as a member of After School in 2010 and has since refrained from activities following the drunk driving incident. He was fined 15 million won due to the incident.
