NCT member Haechan has confirmed his solo debut.
According to reports from Maeil Business Star Today on the 29th, Haechan will release his first solo album in September. This marks Haechan's debut as a solo artist approximately nine years after debuting with NCT 127 in July 2016.
Haechan has showcased his infinite charm through activities with NCT 127, NCT DREAM, and the unit NCT U. In addition to group activities, he has proven his capabilities as a vocalist through solo OSTs such as "Good Person" (2022) from the drama 'Friends: Class of 2022' and "The Reason I Like You" from the OST of 'Please Drink Responsibly.'
In particular, Haechan is recognized as the main vocalist of NCT with a unique vocal color, praised as an all-rounder artist with excellent performance skills and stage presence.
Global K-POP fans are eagerly anticipating Haechan's first solo album, which will fully capture his musical color and emotions.
After successfully completing NCT 127's fourth world tour 'NEO CITY - THE MOMENTUM,' Haechan participated in the track '+82 Pressin' (Feat. Haechan)' from member Mark's first solo album 'THE FIRST FRUIT,' and wrapped up NCT DREAM's fourth world tour 'THE DREAM SHOW 4: DREAM THE FUTURE' in Seoul, along with activities for their fifth regular album 'Go Back To The Future.'
Amid a busy schedule with NCT, Haechan is set to challenge for the title of 'Solo King' in the second half of the year through his first solo activities.
Meanwhile, NCT DREAM, to which Haechan belongs, will continue their fourth world tour, starting in Bangkok on August 16-17, followed by performances in Hong Kong, Jakarta, Singapore, Saitama, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Osaka, and Nagoya.
