An Yujin of the group IVE will serve as the MC for the 'Music Awards' for the fourth consecutive year.
On the 25th, her agency Starship Entertainment announced, "An Yujin will be active as the MC for the '2025 SBS Music Awards Summer' (hereinafter referred to as 'Music Awards'), which will be held on the 26th and 27th at KINTEX in Ilsan."
An Yujin was first selected as the MC for the 'Music Awards' in 2022 and has since hosted the 'Music Awards' in 2023, 2024, and the 'Music Awards Summer' held in 2024, totaling four times. With her stable hosting and witty remarks, she has established herself as the face of the 'Music Awards' and will lead the event for the fifth time this year, being invited as the MC for four consecutive years.
An Yujin expressed her feelings through her agency, saying, "I am very happy and grateful to be with the 'Music Awards' again this year. I will do my best to prepare so that I can deliver enjoyable energy to the viewers during this hot summer."
As the leader of IVE, An Yujin has demonstrated outstanding abilities in singing, dancing, and entertainment, establishing herself as a representative 'hexagonal idol' of K-pop. She has not only sung for the webtoon 'The Great' and the movie 'Wish,' but also contributed as a sole lyricist for the track 'Heroine' on IVE's first full-length album, proving her musical talent.
