Indeed, it was BLACKPINK. The members, who have enhanced their skills through solo activities, captured the hearts of 78,000 audience members gathered in Goyang over two days.

BLACKPINK (Jennie, Jisoo, Rosé, Lisa) held their world tour 'DEADLINE' at the Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium in Ilsan, Gyeonggi Province, on the evening of the 5th. 'DEADLINE' is a tour that takes place about 1 year and 10 months after their previous tour 'BORN PINK', which attracted over 1.8 million spectators and set a new record for K-pop girl groups.

Dressed in outfits highlighted with black and pink, BLACKPINK opened the show with 'Kill This Love' and 'Pink Venom'. After Jisoo greeted the audience with, “Since it’s the second day, we can have more fun, right?” the members introduced themselves briefly.

The members then launched into a non-stop performance of 'Pink Venom', 'How You Like That', 'Playing with Fire', and 'Shut Down'. With stable vocals and captivating performances, they instantly focused the attention of the 39,000 audience members.

Fans were also treated to solo stages from the members that shook the world. First, Jisoo showcased her unique purity with 'earthquake & Your Love', while Lisa delivered a powerful dance performance with 'New Woman & Rockstar'.

Jennie performed 'Mantra & with the IE (way up) & like JENNIE', showcasing her 'global hot girl' performance and rapping, while Rosé brought the audience together with '3 AM & toxic till the end & APT.'.

In particular, while singing 'APT.', Rosé caught the attention of the audience by holding the hand of a female fan in the standing section and bringing her up on stage. Rosé danced with the fan and passed the microphone to her, elevating the atmosphere to its peak.

BLACKPINK heated up the atmosphere even more with 'Pretty Savage', 'Don’t Know What To Do', 'Whistle', 'STAY', and 'Lovesick Girls'. Notably, in 'Pretty Savage', they highlighted their sexiness with a bar performance, while 'Don’t Know What To Do' added an emotional charm.

The most anticipated stage of the day was the new song 'JUMP'. This song is BLACKPINK's first new release in about 2 years and 8 months since their second studio album 'BORN PINK' released in 2022. Jisoo introduced 'JUMP' as “a song perfect for jumping around” and urged everyone to “make sure to jump around.”

Towards the end of the concert, BLACKPINK lined up their early hit songs like 'BOOMBAYAH', 'DDU-DU DDU-DU', 'As If It's Your Last', and 'Forever Young', providing fans with an unforgettable summer night.

Finally, Lisa expressed, “I was really nervous since yesterday, but seeing everyone having fun with us makes me so happy. I’m glad we could start our world tour here in Korea.”

Jennie added, “Thank you to everyone for coming to the start of our stadium tour. It’s a bit sad that today is the last day before we head off on our world tour, but I hope the day comes when we can meet our Blinks again.”

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK will conduct their world tour across 31 performances in 16 cities worldwide, starting from Goyang and moving on to Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, New York, Paris, Milan, Barcelona, London, Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Jakarta, Bulacan, Singapore, Tokyo, and Hong Kong.
