Singer Hong Jin-young is set to release the 'composer version' of her new song '13579' (Il-sam-o-chil-gu).
'13579' is the debut song of Ryu Seong-hyun, a former broadcast reporter, who will be releasing it under the stage name MC Come On on the 26th. Hong Jin-young, who wrote and composed the song, will also unveil the composer version simultaneously.
The new song '13579' is an impressive EDM track with witty lyrics that encapsulate life stories in each number.
The lyrics, “Even if I don't become number one, I didn't give up / I lived without regrets, not stopping for even 3 seconds / I will say everything I want to say / 7 days is a week, it passed by quickly / 9 lives, my life from now on is real,” blend well with a simple melody.
Hong Jin-young stated, “I created the song hoping it would be fun and funny, yet sincere, light but leave a lasting impression. I hope that once you start listening, the melody will be on your lips and the numbers will linger in your mind. I ask for a lot of love for this song, not just from me but also as MC Come On's debut song.”
MC Come On will have their debut stage on the 26th on SBS Life and SBS M's 'The Trot Show' on the day of the song's release.
