Singer Kim Jaejoong spoke about the reason for maintaining his long-term activities.
On the afternoon of the 19th, a press conference was held to commemorate the release of Kim Jaejoong's new EP 'Beauty in Chaos' at the MBC Golden Mouse Hall located in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. The event was hosted by broadcaster and former announcer Kang Ji-young.
'Beauty in Chaos' captures a new beginning at the center of chaos. The total of five tracks, each depicting a facet of emotion like pieces of art, go beyond simple genre classifications, blending intense rock sounds, dreamy electronics, and soft rock ballads, allowing listeners to enjoy Kim Jaejoong's diverse musical spectrum.
Debuting in 2003 as a member of the group TVXQ, Kim Jaejoong has consistently engaged in activities both domestically and internationally for over 20 years. He is busy not only with his singing career but also by appearing on various entertainment programs.
Regarding his busy schedule, Kim Jaejoong said, "I understand the anxiety when there's no work. I feel grateful for having an abundance of work," and added, "If I think I can't be active in 10 years because of my age, I believe I will regret it. I strive to have no regrets in my activities every year."
The title track of the new album, 'Rockstar,' is filled with intense sound and free energy, conveying a powerful message that even the imperfect aspects hidden behind a mask are part of my true self, and that I can become 'my own rockstar' shining even brighter when with someone.
Kim Jaejoong's new album will be released on various music streaming sites at 6 PM on the same day.
