Riku of the group NCT Wish, who had suspended activities for health reasons, is making a comeback.
On the 3rd, SM Entertainment (hereinafter SM) announced Riku's return to activities through the fan communication platform Weverse.
SM stated, “Riku, who had temporarily halted activities for health reasons, has been focusing on recovery with sufficient rest and stability, and his condition has significantly improved.”
They continued, “Based on Riku's willingness to return to activities and the opinions of the medical staff, we have decided to resume his activities.”
Finally, SM added, “We thank the fans who always send warm support and encouragement to Riku, and we will do our best to ensure that Riku can engage in activities healthily.”
Accordingly, Riku will participate in the NCT Wish Asia Tour and album production activities starting in March.
Previously, Riku had temporarily suspended activities last October based on the medical staff's opinion that he needed sufficient rest and stability.
