Singer-songwriter Kwon Jin Ah held her first year-end concert since her debut, sharing warm moments with her fans.
Kwon Jin Ah successfully concluded her year-end concert 'This Winter' held at the Handball Stadium in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul, from the 13th to the 15th. The concert achieved a complete sell-out of all tickets within just three minutes of opening sales, and Kwon Jin Ah showcased her strength as a performer with unwavering live vocals and deep emotional resonance, engaging deeply with the audience over a performance time exceeding 150 minutes.
Kwon Jin Ah opened the concert with her signature winter song 'This Winter.' As a large LED screen depicting a serene winter landscape opened, the sound of crunching snow filled the air, and Kwon Jin Ah appeared through a red front door on stage, eliciting enthusiastic cheers from the audience. She then set a romantic tone with 'You Are Different' and 'Love Me Love Me,' adding winter-themed instrumental elements.
Kwon Jin Ah gradually awakened the audience's senses with heartfelt ballads like 'Only Those Who Were Sincere Become Fools,' 'The End,' 'Comfort,' and 'I Was Lucky,' and then shifted the atmosphere with rhythmic songs like 'Pink!' and 'KNOCK,' showcasing her lovely charm. In the latter half, explosive vocal performances and passionate live band music combined in songs like 'Raise Up The Flag,' 'Our Way,' and 'Butterfly,' providing a peak immersive experience.
As a special guest, the popular three-member mixed project group JaeSbi (JaeJae, Gabi, SeungHeon) made a surprise appearance. They performed their debut song 'All of This Now with You,' which sparked a challenge craze, and joined Kwon Jin Ah for a lively medley of carols including 'Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,' 'Don't Cry,' and 'All I Want for Christmas Is You,' bringing joy and laughter to the audience.
In particular, Kwon Jin Ah showcased her self-composed song 'To Meet You' while playing the acoustic guitar, along with unreleased tracks like 'Don't Go Today' and 'Love & Hate,' expressing her confidence about her upcoming regular album set to be released in the first half of next year.
At the end of the concert, Kwon Jin Ah expressed her heartfelt desire, saying, "I want to spend my future life making you all a little happier," and added, "I will continue to live as a singer who delivers good messages and comfort for a long time."
Meanwhile, having successfully completed her first year-end concert since her debut and proving her status as the 'Queen of Performances,' Kwon Jin Ah plans to release her regular album in the first half of next year and continue her active career.
