Singer G-Dragon is set to make an appearance on MBC in collaboration with PD Kim Tae-ho.
A representative from his agency, Galaxy Corporation, stated on the 12th to Maeil Business Star Today, "It is true that G-Dragon will be appearing in PD Kim Tae-ho's new variety program."
According to the production company Theo, led by PD Kim Tae-ho, the program is currently in preparation with the goal of airing next year. It is reported that broadcaster Jung Hyung-don and Jo Se-ho will also be appearing alongside G-Dragon.
The program's name has not been finalized. It is said that working titles such as 'GD and Friends' and 'Good Day' are being discussed. Notably, this program is drawing attention as it is in scheduling discussions with MBC, the home network of PD Kim Tae-ho.
PD Kim Tae-ho established his own content company after leaving MBC in 2021 and has been active since then. He previously showcased chemistry with G-Dragon and Jung Hyung-don through the iconic MBC program 'Infinite Challenge.' There are high expectations for the synergy they will create in this new program.
G-Dragon signed a contract with Galaxy Corporation last December and has been actively participating in various activities, including the release of a new album and performances at award ceremonies. He also showcased his unique charm by appearing on PD Kim Tae-ho's tvN variety program 'You Quiz on the Block,' alongside broadcaster Yoo Jae-suk, with whom he led 'Infinite Challenge.'
