Actor Park Jung-min has learned the skill of seal carving for his character.

On the morning of the 22nd, at the production report conference for the film 'Face' (directed by Yeon Sang-ho) held at Lotte Cinema in Konkuk University, Park Jung-min stated, "Since I took on the role of a master engraver, I actually learned how to carve seals."

He added, "It's a bit of a mess in many ways, but I gifted the seals I carved to the cast and crew," and shared a laugh, saying, "The one that turned out the best was Shin Hyun-bin's seal. Even that one has the 'ㄴ' reversed."

He continued, "It's nice to do as a hobby. It clears my mind, and even after filming wrapped, I kept a set of seal carving tools at home."

'Face' tells the story of 'Im Young-kyu', who has lost his sight but has become a master in the field of engraving, and his son 'Im Dong-hwan', who unravels the mystery of his mother's death that has been buried for 40 years.

Park Jung-min plays the role of 'Im Young-kyu', the seal engraver who carves the most beautiful seals in the world, as well as his son 'Im Dong-hwan'.

The film has been officially invited to the Special Presentation section of the 50th Toronto International Film Festival. In addition to Park Jung-min, it features Kwon Hae-hyo, Shin Hyun-bin, Lim Sung-jae, and Han Ji-hyun.

It will be released on September 11.
