Rapper Swings will appear in the movie 'Tazza 4' (directed by Choi Kook-hee).
According to the film industry on the 4th, Swings, whose real name is Moon Ji-hoon, has been cast in 'Tazza 4'. He will play the role of King Kong, a high school classmate of the lead actors Byun Yo-han and Noh Jae-won, and his role is said to be quite significant.
'Tazza 4' is set in the early 2000s and tells the story of high school best friends Jang Tae-young (Byun Yo-han) and Park Tae-young (Noh Jae-won), who entered KAIST together. After a betrayal by Tae-young, the two become enemies and face off again.
Swings has been consistently practicing acting and has shown his ambition by appearing in short films. He shared this process on social media, stating, "Many people laugh and don't believe it, but I will show a serious attempt at acting."
He made his acting debut as a used car dealer representative in the web drama 'Nonexistent Movie' by creator Jin Yong-jin.
'Tazza 4' is the fourth installment of the 'Tazza' series, which was released in 2006 and attracted a total of 5.69 million viewers. Directed by Choi Kook-hee, who also directed 'The Day the Country Faced Bankruptcy' and 'Life is Beautiful', filming is expected to begin as early as September.
