On the 20th, the team behind the movie 'Tae Ma Rok' (directed by Kim Dong-cheol, produced by Locus, distributed by Showbox) reported positive reactions following the first screening of the 4-sided SCREEN X held on the 19th.
'Tae Ma Rok' is an occult blockbuster animation that depicts the beginning of a grand narrative where exorcists with special abilities confront absolute evil. The original novel 'Tae Ma Rok' was first serialized by author Lee Woo-hyuk in the SUMMER section of Hitel in 1993, and upon the release of its first volume in January 1994, it quickly became a bestseller. It has since sold over 10 million copies, culminating in 19 volumes across domestic, global, and end-time editions, creating a phenomenon.
The first screening of 'Tae Ma Rok' held at the CGV Yongsan I-Park Mall 4-sided SCREEN X from the 19th to the 20th showed a hot response with a reservation rate nearing 93% sold out.
