Ok-soon, a participant in the 28th season of 'I Am Solo', has completely denied the allegations of school violence and announced that they will take legal action.
Ok-soon's legal representative, Roel Law Firm, issued a statement on the 10th, stating, "The allegations of school violence, bullying, and forced transfer that have spread on online communities are all false," and "Ok-soon has never engaged in school violence or received any related disciplinary actions during their school years."
The legal representative further explained, "The transfer mentioned in some posts was not a measure due to school violence, but a normal procedure due to a change of residence," adding, "Ok-soon has diligently focused on their studies from middle school through to their admission to a foreign language high school, and has never bullied anyone."
They continued, "The author of the problematic post left a comment saying 'It was chaotic in the group chat,' but acquaintances who spent school days with Ok-soon pointed out that the chat room in question does not exist, highlighting its falsehood."
Ok-soon's side stated, "Initially, we refrained from an official response to avoid harming the program and those around us, but now both the individual and those close to them are suffering serious damage," and announced plans to proceed with criminal complaints against the original poster. They also warned, "We will take civil and criminal legal action against any acts of spreading or reproducing unverified false information in the future."
Previously, on the 28th of last month, a post was made online claiming that Ok-soon led school violence during middle school, but that post has since been deleted.
