Actress Sunwoo Yong-yeo shed tears while recalling her difficult past in the United States.
On the 19th, a video titled "Sunwoo Yong-yeo's son lives in a feng shui house in LA, first reveal (+ scam, kimchi stew)" was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'Smooth Sailing Sunwoo Yong-yeo'.
Sunwoo Yong-yeo introduced her son's house in LA, which has recently been remodeled. She reminisced, "When I first immigrated, I lived in an apartment. It had two rooms, and my siblings slept together until high school," indicating her past. After that, Sunwoo Yong-yeo left for Korea, and her son and daughter found a place to live.
Sunwoo Yong-yeo shared, "Yeon-jae told me to go act as a hobby at that time. At that moment, I felt sad thinking, 'Now my mom is no longer needed.'" To this, her daughter Yeon-jae replied, "We had no choice but to do that. The restaurant had completely failed."

In response, Sunwoo Yong-yeo said, "It wasn't that it failed; it was taken away by the landlord. I ran a restaurant and also worked in a sewing factory, but I never thought of it as suffering. I was satisfied just being with them. It didn't bother me at all."
She continued, "Because I wasn't a woman who cared about appearances, nor was I someone who envied others. Just being with my daughter and son made me happy. And when I went to Seoul, I worked without a day off. If it was something I didn't want to do, it would have been hard."
Hearing this, her daughter said, "In fact, that was better. I worked at the restaurant when mom was running it, and she got scammed by someone she trusted. One time, while driving, I heard her gasp. She was in shock and couldn't get out of bed for months. She trusted that person completely, and it wasn't just my mom doing it alone. Dad tried to find that person, but he was completely broke."
Sunwoo Yong-yeo said, "I lived in a 14-pyeong house with four kids. I told them to contact me whenever I could make money. And that was the end of it. That's when I realized I shouldn't do things like this. I studied hard out of fear," wiping her tears.
Her daughter added, "Seeing my mom struggle in the kitchen breaks my heart. But on the contrary, seeing her smile brightly while acting makes me so happy. I felt that there is a calling for everyone."
