The heartwarming story of broadcaster Kang Ho-dong is gaining attention.
Min Kyung-hoon mentioned Kang Ho-dong's heartwarming story, which has become a hot topic online, during the broadcast of JTBC's ‘Knowing Bros’ on the 9th, saying, “I’m also skeptical if this is real. There’s a video about Kang Ho-dong’s character.”
This was in a post on an online community titled “I like Kang Ho-dong. I like him the most,” where the author revealed that they received great comfort from Kang Ho-dong in the past.
The author shared, “I met him at a restaurant when I was drinking soju alone. I don’t even remember what was bothering me that day,” and added, “Kang Ho-dong came up to me and said, ‘Cheer up! I love you. Be happy!’ I was so surprised. Those three words were really nice.”
They continued, “I still find comfort in that memory. He even paid for my meal. I heard him say he was paying, but I couldn’t say ‘thank you’ because I was crying after hearing Kang Ho-dong’s words,” and expressed, “I wanted to tell him if we ever meet again by chance, but I haven’t been able to meet him.
