YouTuber Yumdaeng, who underwent a hysterectomy, has shared her recent update.
On the 7th, Yumdaeng posted on SNS, "Even though my body isn't well, it was a week I am very grateful for," adding, "I had been feeling very nauseous for a few days, so I went to the hospital, got an injection, and received medication, and I feel much better now."
She continued, "Let's all not get sick. It’s been a while since I felt this sick, and I really couldn't do anythingㅠㅠ Health is the best."
Yumdaeng previously revealed that she had undergone a hysterectomy in June. At that time, she said, "I had the surgery in May. I knew I had uterine fibroids and adenomyosis, but I thought it wouldn't be a big problem as long as I could endure the pain. However, recently my periods extended to nearly 20 days with heavy bleeding, leading to severe anemia. The fibroid grew to 8cm and started pressing on my bladder and transplanted kidney, making it impossible to carry on with daily life."
She added, "They say that if fibroids grow, they can turn into cancer. (I was diagnosed with suspected cancer at the first hospital.) I quickly scheduled the surgery, but since my kidney was located where the robotic arm would go, I had to undergo an open surgery. Honestly, I had many concerns, but after the surgery, I felt really relieved."
Meanwhile, Yumdaeng remarried YouTuber Daedoseogwan in 2015 but divorced in 2023.
