Recently, Lee Young-ji, who gained attention by confessing to being a victim of a scam involving the popular doll 'LabuBu', has certified the genuine product she received as a gift.

On the 3rd, Lee Young-ji posted a photo on her Instagram story with the caption, "I received the secret LabuBu (real). Thank you!"

In the released photo, Lee Young-ji is smiling while holding the secret edition of the 'LabuBu' doll.

Last month, Lee Young-ji shared a video on her Instagram asking, "Please let me know if this LabuBu is real or not," while unboxing the toy.

However, she expressed her disappointment, stating that the doll had no ring and no card, saying, "My LabuBu is a fake. It was a Jjapbu (fake + LabuBu)."

The video gained significant attention, even being broadcasted on Taiwanese news, and Lee Young-ji mentioned it again on her SNS.

Meanwhile, LabuBu is the representative character of the Chinese toy company Pop Mart and has recently gained immense popularity both domestically and internationally. In particular, the 'Secret' LabuBu is a rare item, with resale prices reportedly exceeding 20 times the original price.
