'Brave Detectives 4' tracks an enigmatic murder case.
In the upcoming episode 45 of T-Cast E Channel's 'Brave Detectives 4' (directed by Lee Ji-sun), KCSI's Yoon Wai-chul and Kim Jin-soo will appear to reveal actual investigation cases they solved.
This episode will shed light on the mysterious death of a man in his 40s found in a drain by the national highway. The body was discovered covered in blood at the back of the head, with two wounds that appeared to be caused by a blunt object. There were no other external injuries, and it was presumed that the victim was killed indoors and then disposed of by the roadside since no shoes were found at the scene.
The victim, identified through a mobile phone secured at the scene, was a 43-year-old man who had been reported missing. According to his wife, he had gone to meet a friend eight days prior and had since lost contact. The last friend he met stated that he did not know the victim's whereabouts, and it was reported that a friend of this acquaintance happened to have dinner with the victim and accompanied him for a second round. A suspicious point is that this friend's whereabouts also became unknown after the incident.
The investigation team identified the friend's acquaintance as the primary suspect and began tracking him, leading to a new development in the case after 23 days of investigation.
