Banzz (real name Jung Man-soo), a first-generation mukbang YouTuber, announced the deletion of his YouTube channel with 2.05 million subscribers. He plans to upload his last video today (30th).

The day before, Banzz posted on his YouTube channel community, “Hello, this is Banzz. I will keep my promise. I will upload the last video tomorrow,” officially announcing the end of his YouTube activities.

On the 28th, he faced comedian Yoon Hyung-bin in a mixed martial arts match at the 'Gubne Road FC 073' special match held at the Jangchung Gymnasium in Seoul.

Before the match, he made a bold promise that “the loser will delete their YouTube channel.” The match ended with Yoon Hyung-bin winning by TKO in the first round at 1 minute and 42 seconds, and Banzz declared the deletion of his channel to keep his promise.

This match was Yoon Hyung-bin's official retirement match, who debuted in mixed martial arts in 2014, and it was arranged at Banzz's request.

Six months ago, Yoon Hyung-bin weighed about 90kg. However, after the match against Banzz was confirmed, he started losing weight, engaging in CrossFit, boxing, wrestling, and mixed martial arts, along with dietary adjustments. Despite his age making it difficult to lose weight as before, Yoon Hyung-bin successfully lost over 11kg in six months.

After the match, Yoon Hyung-bin stated, “I hope my wife and family won’t worry too much since it ended well,” and added, “It was a retirement match in mixed martial arts, and my coach helped me so well, I am very grateful. I will put down my fighting gloves here, but I will always support you.”

Regarding Banzz's channel deletion, he said, “I will not delete Banzz's channel. However, I think I can upload my videos on Banzz's channel in the future,” and laughed.

However, Banzz decided to keep the promise he made.

Yoon Hyung-bin debuted as a KBS comedian in 2005 and gained recognition as a mixed martial artist after winning his debut match against Tsukuda Takaya in 2014. It is reported that he lost over 11kg in six months before this match.

Banzz, who has a background as a judo athlete, trained in judo for three years during middle school. He started his YouTube channel in 2013 and gained popularity for his ability to eat large quantities of food quickly, despite his slim physique. He currently has 2.04 million subscribers.
