According to News1 on the 23rd, Yoon Jong-shin purchased a building on Hangangjin-gil, which is part of the Itaewon commercial area expansion, for 1.515 billion won in April 2015. At that time, he took out a loan of about 900 million won using the building as collateral.
Yoon Jong-shin sold this building for 5.5 billion won on the 17th, realizing a capital gain of about 4 billion won.
The building, which has a structure of 1 basement floor and 2 above-ground floors, is reported to be about a 5-minute walk from Hangangjin Station on Line 6.
Yoon Jong-shin married former tennis player Jeon Mi-ra in 2006 and has one son and two daughters.
