Singer Eun Ji-won (47) has announced his remarriage after 13 years of divorce, and it has been revealed that his fiancée is a stylist who is 9 years younger.

On the 12th, a media outlet reported that Eun Ji-won is remarrying a stylist who is 9 years younger. The two, who met through work and have been acquaintances for a long time, have developed into a romantic relationship and have recently decided to get married.

Earlier that day, Eun Ji-won's agency YG Entertainment announced the news of his marriage. The agency stated, “(Eun Ji-won) recently took wedding photos and plans to hold a quiet ceremony with close relatives later this year,” adding, “We would appreciate it if you could watch over them with warm eyes.”

Eun Ji-won has expressed his intention to remarry several times on broadcasts.

When asked about his intention to remarry on the SBS variety show ‘My Little Old Boy’ aired last year, he said, “I always say that I think about marriage. Since my father has passed away and my mother is alone, she says, ‘Isn’t it time for you to get married?’”

In addition, on the KBS2 variety show ‘The House of Men 2’ aired this year, he also mentioned during a conversation with Sechs Kies members Ko Ji-yong and Jang Su-won, “I really need to get remarried. At this rate, I might really die alone,” and added, “If I have a child, I won’t be on broadcasts. I will stop all activities.”

Eun Ji-won married a businesswoman from Hawaii who is two years older than him in 2010, but they divorced after about two years. Given his past experience, it is said that he has made this decision to marry again more carefully and maturely.

Eun Ji-won debuted in 1997 as a member of Sechs Kies and gained popularity with numerous hit songs such as ‘Comeback’, ‘Couple’, ‘Premonition’, ‘Knight’, and ‘Academy Ballad’. After the group disbanded in 2000, he transitioned to a solo career and has been actively participating in variety shows such as ‘1 Night 2 Days’ and ‘New Journey to the West’.
