Actress Um Ji-won revealed the behind-the-scenes of her special appearance in 'Poksak Sogassuda'.

On the 19th, the YouTube channel 'Jjanhanhyeong Shin Dong-yeob' featured the main cast of Netflix's 'Tangeum', Jo Bo-ah, Um Ji-won, and Park Byung-eun.

On this day, Shin Dong-yeob mentioned Um Ji-won's role as Na Min-ok in Netflix's 'Poksak Sogassuda', saying, "It was filmed two years ago, but it's a bit strange that people like it so much." Um Ji-won responded, "It was a special appearance. Director Kim Won-seok had offered me a project before, but I declined. Then I was given the special appearance in 'Poksak Sogassuda'. If I had declined this special appearance as well, I felt like I wouldn't be able to see the director again in the future."

Um Ji-won continued, "I read the script and thought the work was really good. So I asked, 'Why are you giving me the role of Na Min-ok? Why not give me the role of Aesoon's mother?' They said that role was already taken by another actor. When I asked who it was, they said Yeom Hye-ran, and since I couldn't do it as well as her, I said, 'Ah, okay,'" which brought laughter.
