Jeon Hyun-moo mentions the dating rumors with his 20-year-younger junior announcer Hong Joo-yeon, which have recently surfaced.
In the 17th episode of MBN's 'Jeon Hyun-moo's Plan 2', which airs on the 14th, Jeon Hyun-moo and Kwak Tube (Kwak Jun-bin) meet with Choi Daniel to have a conversation.
On that day, Jeon Hyun-moo, who appeared in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do, says, "Let's find the real champion of Dakgalbi!" and leads Kwak Tube and Choi Daniel to a 'street interview'. While receiving recommendations for local restaurants from citizens, Jeon Hyun-moo mentions, "There’s a local restaurant recommended by Alberto Mondi, who is the ambassador for Chuncheon and my son-in-law," and heads to a Dakgalbi restaurant with a 32-year tradition that Alberto Mondi highly recommends.
As the Dakgalbi is fully cooked, the three of them dive into a storm of eating with admiration, and Jeon Hyun-moo suddenly shouts at Choi Daniel, "So what are you going to do, marriage!" Kwak Tube also joins in, saying, "Didn't you do a dating program?" to push Choi Daniel further. A flustered Choi Daniel responds about his former Japanese co-star Kaho, saying, "(Kaho) occasionally meets when she comes to Korea."
However, Kwak Tube does not stop there and asks again, "(Are you) friends? Is there a possibility?" Jeon Hyun-moo also probes, "Have you never felt excited even for a moment?"
Soon, the question about the 'dating rumors' turns back to Jeon Hyun-moo. Kwak Tube asks, "Recently, there have been dating rumors with the 20-year-younger announcer Hong Joo-yeon. What do you think when you see your own dating rumors?" To this, Jeon Hyun-moo replies, "The first thought that comes to mind is that I feel sorry for that friend (the other party)," and then he candidly confesses his true feelings about the dating rumors.
