Actor Kwon Sang-woo revealed that he was infected with parasites in the past.
On the 3rd, a video titled '[Hitman 2] The result of drinking unlimited soju with gopchang! (feat. Hibap recommended restaurant)' was released on the YouTube web entertainment show Gwangjae Unni.
The filming took place at a gopchang restaurant that day. When asked what he likes, Kwon Sang-woo said, "When I come to a gopchang restaurant, they serve liver and intestines, and I really like that."
He then recalled the time during the filming of the drama 'Daemul' in 2010, saying, "When I was filming 'Daemul' with Go Hyun-jung, there were many hanwoo (Korean beef) shops next to the filming location. They gave us a lot of liver and intestines as a service, and since I liked it, I ate a lot."
Kwon Sang-woo also said, "That year, I had a comprehensive check-up, and my lungs turned white. They told me to go to a big hospital, so I went and had a CT scan. It was during my newlywed days. I received a diagnosis that I had parasites because I had eaten so much liver and intestines," adding, "I thought I was going to die. I asked, 'What should I do?' and they said it would just go away. I bought some antiparasitic medicine and took it. After that, I didn't eat it for a few years. But it was so delicious that I ended up eating it again."
