Broadcaster Joo Byeong-jin (67) has officially confirmed his relationship with Australian lawyer Shin Hye-sun (54), who is 13 years younger.
The final choice of Joo Byeong-jin was revealed on the tvN STORY entertainment program ‘Can We Love Now’ aired on the 3rd.
On that day, Joo Byeong-jin shared his thoughts, saying, "All three women I met on the blind date were lovely, and I liked them all, so I was in deep thought. I approached it with 99% honesty and all my effort," and ultimately chose the second blind date, Shin Hye-sun.
He mentioned about Shin Hye-sun, "There were many things we connected on from the first meeting. I felt she was wise," adding, "The direction, temperature, color, and speed of all our conversations are almost the same. It feels like a human love, like a best friend."
He continued, "I think viewers might assume that I will marry the person I chose, but love at our age doesn't start easily. The emotional scars need to be strong for the sprouts of love to emerge," expressing his intention to take things slow in their relationship.
